Born in Germany and raised in South America, Juliane Ketcher’s collective experience has helped form her creative eye. She has traveled extensively during her earlier years, studying and savoring a myriad of expressions and forms. Presently, the artist focuses on mixed media and collage. Juliane has studied with nationally known artists to develop her own individuality.

Her work has been exhibited in regional, national and international shows. She is currently a member of 2 + 3: The Artist’s Organization, the International Society of Experimental Artists, and the National Association of Women Artists in New York City. Her work is being shown at the Novus Art Gallery in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Art under a hot tin roof, Jackson, Tennessee and Studio Gallery Napp, Weston, Florida.

“The creative journey is what I love best. I get to play without restrictions; I put on my favorite wings and fly. My pieces evolve from inner vision and surely are influenced by my surroundings. Gathered objects and color come to life as they connect and become a window to my soul. I am searching for a oneness within myself, my creativity and the soul of the viewer.”
